2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is strictly used to execute the services you request. We use it to:
- Conduct desk searches at the Uganda National Land Information System (UgNLIS).
- Dispatch ground teams to physical coordinates.
- Deliver secure, encrypted PDF dossiers to your device.
- Connect you via WhatsApp to verified Surveyors or Builders upon your explicit request.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing (The Dispatch Protocol)
HuntThatProperty functions as a secure dispatch hub. To complete Tier 2 Ground Truth verifications or professional matchmaking, we must share specific data with independent, vetted third parties.
- Vetted Surveyors: When a Tier 2 verification is initiated, the assigned field surveyor receives the seller's contact info and property location. They do not receive your personal billing information.
- Law Enforcement: We will only disclose your information if required by a valid court order or to assist the Uganda Police Force in active land fraud investigations.
We absolutely do not sell your personal data, phone number, or search history to marketing agencies, competing real estate brokers, or data brokers.
4. Data Security & The Cloud Vault
All verification requests, property uploads, and PDF dossiers are encrypted and stored in our secure cloud infrastructure. Publicly accessible data is strictly limited to the information you explicitly choose to share, such as property listings marked for public view or public surveyor reviews.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request the deletion of your account and associated non-transactional data by contacting our Admin team.
